How hard is the ride?
The ride is designed for the average person

The ride is 12 miles (20 kilometers) long. The bicycles all have 21 speeds with extra low gears for hill climbing. There is a gradual two-kilometer hill after lunch which can always be walked if you prefer. You can ride at your own pace. We stop frequently for breaks and photographs. The tour is not an athletic event and you do not have to be an athlete to complete the ride.

Can you do it?
If any of the following apply, the bike tour is probably not for you.
